Across corporate, education, nonprofit, public sector, and local business settings, Leo has facilitated over 1000 workshops, trainings, retreats, and leadership sessions. Through Evergreen3, he helps people and organizations facilitate important conversations, design learning that sticks, and navigate change and AI with more clarity.

 

Leo lives in Vermont with his wife, family, two cats, and 50 chickens, which keeps life grounded, lively, and rarely quiet.
